Sara - Marketing Coordinator Sara moved to Sanford from Atlanta, Georgia in 1994. She was previously employed in the field of marketing but has worked with Dr. McConville since 2005 when the office opened (she was Dr. McConville’s first employee!) Sara has been married to Mike for 17 years and they have three wonderful children: a girl and two boys. Sara enjoys traveling to her children’s sporting events all year long! She loves to cook, exercise, and eat popcorn at the movies.
Brandi - Orthodontic Assistant Brandi was born in Virginia but traveled all around the world with her family while her dad served in the military. She went to Brigham Young University – Hawaii. While visiting her family in North Carolina for the holidays, Brandi met her best friend and love of her life, Bryce. Not much later in March of 1996, they were married. They were very blessed to have four precious children in four years. Brandi and Bryce stay very busy with various sporting activities for the kids, church, work and her favorite past time is going to the shooting range. She has been with Dr. McConville since 2007.
Roz - Financial Coordinator Roz was born and raised in West Virginia many years ago. She and her husband Marshall (8/09 was their 40th anniversary!) moved to North Carolina in 1993. Roz has been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and has, in the past, held the position of receptionist, clinical assistant and lab assistant. She joined Sandhills Orthodontics in 2007. Dr McConville is the fourth female orthodontist for whom she has worked! Roz and Marshall have two children, a daughter and a son, and three grandsons. In her spare time, she enjoys sporting events, movies and reading.
Megan - Orthodontic Assistant Megan is a North Carolina native. She absolutely adores kids but most of all, her daughter. When she is not busy at Sandhills Orthodontics, her interests include outdoor fun, music and simply enjoying life. Always a thrill-seeker, she competed on Fear Factor Live in Orlando at an orthodontic conference last fall. Megan takes pleasures in watching sports, however, would much rather play them. She appreciates a good joke, concert or steamed vegetable! Her very favorite part of the job is putting beautiful smiles on the faces of the patients.
Jennifer - Orthodontic Assistant Jennifer is a Certified Dental assistant in South and North Carolina. She joined the staff at Sandhills Orthodontics in July 2008 and has been in the field of dentistry since 1991. She is married with four children: two boys and twin girls and moved to Sanford in 2002 from Charleston, South Carolina. Jennifer is very active in the community as a volunteer including her membership at Grace Chapel. She is the director of the two year old children’s ministry and the secretary of Sparks in the AWANA program. She loves family activities, movies, sporting events, and snow-skiing. 
Alexis - Treatment Coordinator Alexis is a Certified Dental Assistant and served in the U.S. Army for seven years as a Dental Hygienist. She enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters. She is not from Sanford however, has lived here for over 15 years. She joined Sandhills Orthodontics in 2008. She also owns a Children’s Boutique in Sanford called Captivating Creations located inside The Shops of Steele Street and spends most of her spare time creating new items for her store. |
